Software for laser cutting and sheet metal workshops

Less time preparing quotes.More order opportunities.

Nexafab speeds up quote preparation for laser cutting and bending. At the same time, it lets you open an online sales channel where customers configure parts and move towards an order using your prices and rules.

Quoting software and online sales

Why laser cutting and sheet metal workshops choose Nexafab

One platform to reduce the cost of quoting, keep control of your prices and turn more requests into order opportunities.

01

Quote faster

Automate drawing analysis, dimensions, nesting and repetitive calculations to respond to every request sooner.

02

Calculate costs and protect margins

Configure materials, cutting times, operations, surcharges and margins according to your workshop's commercial rules.

03

Reduce manual work

Centralise files, calculations and quote data so you do not repeat measurements, copy information or rebuild offers.

04

Open an online sales channel

Customers can configure parts, receive a valuation and move towards an order 24/7 using your prices and options.

The hidden cost of quoting

Quoting takes many hours. And not every quote becomes an order.

Every request requires drawing review, part measurement and calculations for materials, time, costs and margins before you know whether the customer will accept. This technical work often goes unbilled. Nexafab reduces that cost by automating internal quoting and helping customers move forward online when it makes sense for your workshop.

01 / FOR YOUR TEAM

Reduce the manual work behind every quote.

Clean drawings, obtain dimensions and calculate material utilisation, costs and margins using your workshop's rules and workflow.

01

Drawing clean-up

Prepare files with cleaner, more reliable geometry.

02

Automatic dimensions

Extract part dimensions and data without repeating manual checks.

03

Part nesting

Calculate material utilisation to estimate every job more accurately.

04

Costs and margins

Apply the rates and rules your workshop already uses when preparing an offer.

02 / FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS

Respond to new opportunities even when your team is busy.

Customers can upload and configure a part, receive a valuation and move towards an order even when nobody is available to assist them at that moment.

01

File intake

Customers upload their own parts whenever they need a quote.

02

Guided configuration

They choose from your available materials, thicknesses, quantities and finishes.

03

Instant price

They receive a valuation based on your workshop's commercial rules.

04

Available 24/7

The opportunity can move forward even when your sales team is unavailable.

Why Nexafab exists

We did not start by building software. We started by trying to manufacture better.

We are industrial engineers and have spent our careers designing, developing and manufacturing products. Selling parts to third parties was a natural next step on that journey.

That introduced us to the reality of made-to-order work: different drawings, many checks and quotes that were difficult to standardise. We began by organising calculations in a spreadsheet and gradually built tools to make the work easier.

Those tools evolved into Nexafab. Today we make them available to workshops facing the same challenges, because we have also been on the other side of the quote.

Frequently asked questions

The essentials before changing how your workshop prepares quotes.

Learn about file formats, price configuration, review steps and the difference between the internal tool and the customer portal.

01What is Nexafab and what kind of workshop is it for?

Nexafab is automatic quoting software for workshops that manufacture custom parts. It fits especially well in laser cutting, sheet metal bending, wood and plastic workflows where quoting still depends on CAD, spreadsheets, email and internal know-how.

02Can I use Nexafab as internal estimating software?

Yes. Many workshops start by using Nexafab as an internal quoting tool: upload a DXF, DWG or STEP file, apply your own pricing rules and generate a quote in seconds without enabling the online portal yet.

03What CAD files does Nexafab support?

Nexafab supports DXF, DWG and STEP. It automatically analyzes geometry, extracts manufacturing data and helps prepare messy customer files before quoting.

04How does Nexafab calculate the price of a part?

Pricing is based on your workshop's real parameters: material cost, machine cost, cutting time, bends, secondary processes, minimums, discounts and commercial rules. It does not rely on generic pricing tables.

05Can I also sell through my own website?

Yes. Besides internal quoting, you can enable a branded online portal where customers upload files, receive prices and place orders 24/7. Your team still reviews and accepts each order before production.

06Does it include nesting and bend validation?

Yes. Nexafab includes nesting to optimize material usage and NexaBend to validate bend sequences, detect collisions and generate flat patterns and bend lines.

07Do I need technical knowledge to use it?

No. It is designed so sales, admin and operations profiles can work with it without depending on the most technical person in the workshop for every quote.

A practical implementation

You do not need to transform your entire workshop to get started.

In a demo, we review how you prepare quotes and how orders reach you today. Then we show you the part of Nexafab that can address your clearest bottleneck.

Nexafab, tailored to you

Your workshop should not have to adapt to the software. Nexafab adapts to the way you work.

Nexafab can operate as an end-to-end solution or be introduced in stages alongside the processes your team already uses. We configure the platform around your rules, responsibilities and way of preparing each job.

We adapt the platform. We adjust pricing, approvals, documents, data exchange and workflows so that Nexafab fits the workshop's real operation.

We develop when the standard solution is not enough. If your process requires a different tool, we study the need and design a specific solution that becomes part of your operation.

We start by understanding how a request arrives, who makes each decision and what information the team needs to retain. The technology comes afterwards.
